‘Forms in Progression’ was an exhibition on form, space and interspaces, where nine artists’ works were juxtaposed in a joint installation based on inspiration from Islamic and ancient Greek art.
The exhibition balanced contrasts and similarities between historical roots and culture versus contemporary expressions and genres. It also balanced input to the different senses, as light, sound and tangible objects came together in a common language that spoke to the entire body. ‘Forms in Progression’ included jewellery design, ceramic, lighting, music, sculpture and textile.
